I've been involved in producing the club coin for three of the last five coins produced. I worked directly with the mint so here are the prices I worked with............

Die cost $475 divided by the amount of coins produced
production $3.70 per coin
.45 cents per coin for case
$3.00 per coin postage and mailing packaging
.60 times the silver spot when locked in
about .18 to .20 per strike insurance and shipping of silver to the mint
$8 to $10 per strike profit to club

dies are made to .60 silver content. When we did the double face club coin we would have to have two dies made to drop to .50 silver content and it was thought not to be in the clubs interest to do that.
dies are designed for the silver content and can not be mixed.

I was not involved in this years production so I have no Idea of the break down but that is the facts for the years before.
