Paul - If the club strikes only cost what silver was at the time you would be right as to them being worth more as silver went up in price, but the cost of the club strike is more than just the cost of silver because you have fees charged by the mint.
At todays spot the silver in the club strike is worth just over $24.00, before the club could sell any left over unsold strikes silver would have to be above $55 if they sold the remaining past years to come out even.
