Walt- Don't take this the wrong way, I have lots of respect for you, love that you help make the forum here an informative place and really enjoy reading your posts. Just because you are not getting a bunch of request, don't think people don't want the Club Strike. Its nothing personal, they want to buy the club strike to support the club. The complaint they have isn't just that the strike may not be available, the complaint is that the club does not have the coin to be used for our fundraising efforts. I could be wrong, it could be that it's all just a bunch of complaining about missing the short window of opportunity to buy this year, but I really believe there are a bunch of people who buy the strike primarily as a donation to the club and secondarily as an addition to their collections. We all know, winning them is more fun than buying them, but helping the club is good too!
