What is the story behind frosted strikes? Were any made in frosted versions or is this some sort of finishing mistake or error? I'm asking because I saw a strike listed on ebay and they claim it is frosted. It looks like only the bottom half is kind of frosted, but it is hard to tell. Just trying to get a little insight.
