Sunshine Mint makes the strikes, I doubt they make the capsules. They are probably getting them from a plastics company. I have checked into making them overseas, it is very feasible to make any color exact copies. Two things that have kept me from doing it are I don't know if it's a copyrighted design (there are no markings) and I would have to do a run of thousands to get the company to do them. I am still searching for another manufacture to do a 1000 piece run. That's about what I feel the market is, but maybe more people would want them if they knew they were available???
