I'll wait for the answer to this question too, I've never been able to find them either. I can tell you a fair number of the red cap strikes I have won on eBay were scratched and some of the ones I've won from the machines were scratched too. 3M makes a pretty good Plastic Scratch Remover and Plastic Polish (2 products) that will improve them. I have also used a plastic polish on a soft muslin wheel on a buffing machine and have been able to get real good results on both the clear and the colored. But they are never quite as nice a polish as when they were new.
