Kirk - A fast check to see if the centers are .6 or close to that weight or .5 is to weigh the complete strike, I have found that a strike weighing 1.2 troy ounces is a .6 center and one weighing 1.08 or a bit more troy ounces is a .5 center strike. This will get you close but not 100%.
