Hi Kirk - My opinion (worth exactly what I charge ) is that if the seller states 6 oz pure silver and there is not 6 oz, then he misrepresented the item and even if he states no returns, eBay would probably back you. If he had advertised 10 Silver strikes with .999 centers, then he represented them correctly. So, the question remains what to do. Without knocking out the centers, you will not know the total weight and by knocking out the centers you have altered the strikes. If you recall, we had a conversation a while back about setting up a database so we can keep track of the weight of the centers. Sarge may be able to help, I think he has been keeping track of the weights of centers he has knocked out and sent in for refining. Good Luck
