I think some of you people are getting screwed with your pants on. I have scrapped over 2000 strikes in the past 6 months. I take mine to a bullion dealer (coin shop) and up until April 19th he was paying $1 less than spot. So if silver is $45.00 he was paying $44.00. This past week he warned me that for now he can only pay 95% becasue the melters have to much silver on hand and they need time to process it so they are not taking as much. So if silver is $45.00 he is paying $42.75. I think people need to check around for the best price. I have talked to a few coins shops here in Cleveland Ohio and their pretty much paying the same. Of course I have to knock out the centers first but it is worth it.
