Steve...I get stuff like that all the time (suspended, unauthorized, etc) from e-bay (or so it seems). Never respond to it because it is SPAM. Just take the whole message & forward it to SPOOF@E-BAY.COM in you address book. E-bay will send a return e-mail w/i 24 hours that it was spam & never to send personal info to it. Remember...E-bay will contact you through their website as a rule, not via e-mail (except to let you know about the SPAM). At least this is what I encounter & how I deal with it.
