You have to file a claim BEFORE 45 days is up, or you have no case. Personally, I'd file a claim now
due to no contact. I also would block him/her from buying from me ever. Go to e-bay, type in
"Selecting Buyer Requirements" on the right side somewhere, find the link that asks for buyer/seller, go to block this person,
type in their user name, & they cannot do business with you again until you take them off that list. BUT, you might want to
wait until you get this resolved. Idiots ruin it all. Anyway, hope this helps.
