Ed, I have stopped collecting all of $10 Strikes that went to Clad, except for the Red Caps, because they continue to be minted in .999 Fine Silver. I did purchase the new $300 because it was the first one that the QQQQ's put out and I will probably do the same if Sam's Town does come out with the first $300 from there. I don't know if I will continue to collect $300's or $400's even if they continue to be 12 oz. (1 Troy LB.) because of the high cost to purchase them, but if they cut the size of them to a 6 oz., I will again collect the first one just to have it, but after that, I think that will be the end of my collecting Strikes, Silver or Clad! I do feel sorry for the Casino's who are trying to keep the Silver Strike Program going with the cost of Silver, but I do understand if they stop, after all, they are in business to make money, not to do favors! What does hurt this process is the after market prices, regardless what you may have paid for the new $300's, you will not get that if you are trying to sell your collection down the road, or possibly get the Silver Content value that is in the $200, $300 or even a $400 with 12 Troy Oz. of Silver if it does come to that. At the present time I will continue to collect, but if I do stop, I will hold onto my collection that I have!
