Nevermind everybody, I figured it out myself. I went to the Four Queens casino and looked at the machines. I noticed that there were some coins in red cases scattered in some of the machines. I played for a little while and was lucky to be on a machine that was giving out coins pretty frequently. After a little while I was lucky enough to get two of the pumpkin red caps.
