Robert - The New York Spot Market had Silver at $26.40 at close today so it would sell to a dealer for 90% of spot or $23.76 per oz X 12 oz which equals $285.12, this would be what a honest bullion dealer would pay, some might pay less some might pay a bit more, hard to say on any given day since the market is up and down every day as of late.
