Tokeneer - At to todays spot price Kitco would pay .59 per Gram so the average $7 strike would only be worth $11.92 (.59 X 31.1grams X .65oz.)in melt value. You have to remember no buyer will pay full spot and $7 stikes are what dealers (buyers)call odd weight so that is why the .59 per gram price. They have to refine the strikes.
