I know many strikers don't have PayPal accounts and refuse to use them because they don't want to give PayPal a bank or credit card account info. They recently announced a way to use CASH to fund a PayPal account without needing to provide any bank account or credit card. MoneyPaks are available at most major retailers and are bought with cash and then you use the MoneyPak to fund your PayPal account instantly. There is a small service fee from the retailer when you buy a MoneyPak, just like gift cards, but there are no PayPal fees to fund your account.
