After 11 years on Ebay with over 5000 positive feedbacks and no negative feedbacks I get a buyer who was on Ebay for only 6 weeks. We sent out the package to the buyer Priority Postage. We combined bids to save the buyer postage. The buyer claims the package got there opened with a note on the package opened with no contents. I gave the buyer full refund even though it was not insured. All I asked him for was to send me the box that was empty so we could possible trace the theif. He refused. Sounds fishy to me. He slammed me with 3 negative feedbacks. In the process of 2 weeks I made 3 phone calls to Ebay expaining the situation. They told me there was nothing they could do to remove the negative feedbacks. They are totally on the buyers side and screw the 11 year seller. Just a note to you sellers I would make insurance a requirment on any order over 50.00. If IT IS NOT INSURED AND the buyer says he did not get it Ebay will refund the buyer and you have no way to get your money.

The sad thing about all this is that I lost my 22 year old grandson to a brain anyurism and had to carry the Ebay items from Laughlin to DePere, Wi. were they were mailed from. It is extremely sad to lose a grandson but then to get some new buyer on Ebay slam you with 3 negative feedbacks during that process is extremely heartbreaking. Obviously there is no comparison to getting negative feedbacks to losing a loved one.

We stilL grieve for the loss of our grandson and will until we die and can see him and hold him in our arms in heaven. Sharon and I were very close to Christopher. He was a delight to be around. His parents decided to donate his organs so others may live. My Son received a letter from the University of Wisconsin and both kidneys, the pancreas and the heart were transplanted and the ones that received the organs are doing well.

Well there is something I did with the dumb people who run Ebay. I closed my Paypal account already. I am in the process of closing my Ebay account under the name Ashprez.
