I had the same problem for many days. David Spragg figured it out and now it works fine. Go to strikepoint, and when you are on the homepage, go into your internet options, security, and under trusted sites, click on sites. Then click on add to add strikepoint to your trusted sites. You may have to unclick the "require server verification" field. Once I did that, I clicked mark all messages read, and they all went away!
