I came across a great source for new "old style" clear capsules for:

$7 and $28 strikes- 38mm
$10 strikes- 43mm
$40 strikes- 48mm.

$7's and $10's come with coin tube which great for easy access and storing.
Average cost per capsule after cost of tube is right at .50 cents capsule.

$40 capsules are about $1 ea.
