Hi Dave,

I have 2 of the strike you are talking about. Neither one is frosted,
and as far as I know, none have shown up as frosted. I took a photo
of it, and the light makes it look frosted - but it is not - It is shinny
silver both sides ....

Mintage Is Unknown - But Safe To Say 500+

This is a common Venetian strike with a current 2019 book value of
$22 - $28 but has not brought much since 2016
EBAY: 2016 - thy went for $10 - $17
EBAY: 2017 - one sold for $13

If there was an actual frosted one out there, it might only add a max
of $5 to the price of the variation if that .....
