Hi Dave,
There was 2 variations of the strike that were minted,
both by Global Minting (G)

The 1st was the 1st strike issue by Bellagio in 1999
(.999 silver center - outer brass ring)

The 2nd was the 2nd strike issue by Bellagio in 2000
(.999 silver center - outer copper ring)
