The Token appears to be a 1967 good/fine condition Frontier common playing token, see included photos of my First Day Opening US Post marked/canceled cover and token... a commemorative item offer by the government. most definately issued by the franklin mint, due to the fact that they were the established token supplier for several years at this time right after the silver dollar to pot metal token switch initiated at most casinos of this period.
Mine has the (Franlinium) F mint stamp -- Franklinium is (Franklin Mints) name for fancy pot metal maybe containing Ferrite/Iron and rustable under the correct conditions.

I'm sure they had rolls of these for everyday use at the casino...
