For Those Who Have Not Voted Yet ....

I am posting this because I want to give a little background
on myself since I am running for Treasurer of the Club which
I feel is a big responsibility.

Some of you I did meet at the June Tournament, others
I have met on-line buying or selling strikes.

Many not knowing me, I feel this should give you a little
background to help you make your decision on your vote.

I feel that between my wife, being a banker for 42 years,
retired as an Asst. Vice President, Bank of Boston, and me
owning 2 retail stores for 30 years, that we do have the
background to do this in a proper and efficient manner.
Sept. 15th of this year was our 38th wedding anniversary.
I will be 71 Dec. 29th & it is not nice to ask a lady her age.

I am a Vietnam Veteran / U.S. Marine Corps, awarded the
Silver Star and Purple Hearts for being wounded. I have
a 100% disability rating from the VA. I also worked as a
radio and TV personality, and entertained in clubs for a
good many years - 50's & 60's music.

We are both born and raised in Massachusetts, Mary in
Holyoke and myself in Springfield, both in Western Mass.
on the Mass - Conn line. We both have been retired since
2000 and basically now travel extensively thru Europe and
the United States every year.
