Interesting, what makes a token so very special for someone, is to embellish it. You reminded me of this one that I picked up years ago. It is painted and enameled with a similar color on the rims as your token. The seller said that he/she won it at Foxwoods Casino in 1994 and then sent it to England to be painted and enameled.
