Got this over this past weekend while on a short vacation with the family. Painted both sides and has a clear coat over the painted areas. Not around Caesars Head which is still silver and proof. On the outer rim it is #0001 . With all of you collectors out there, does anyone else have any from this series that were painted when produced ? There are I think off the top of my head 16 in the series. Why paint one in the middle of the series ?
