The link below contains an auction for a casino chip which has been submitted to ICG for grading but marked sample with a grade of MS-00. Since this has only been authenticated but not graded
would this be acceptable to the anti slabbers?

Would not this method be similar to certificates of authenticity provided with other collectibles?
