You mean they said they will pay $12.40 for only $7.76 worth of silver? Do they believe the centers are one ounce? That sounds odd that they would pay close to double spot price. Get that person's name, ask to speak to them every time, wait for silver to hit $20, then sell them all your commons! LOL.
