A CCGTCC membership is required for pre registration. Anyone can show up at the door and pay for admittance. Also I believe you have to be a member of the chippers to attend the early bird banquet and to enter either the Blackjack or Poker tournaments. To be a member of both the main club and the silver strikers has a lot of benefits besides those at the convention.
