Re: silver inserts melt ?
I have only sold scrap silver to one place in the last 20 years and that was to MIDWEST REFINERY in Michigan. Here is their web address: http://www.midwestrefineries.com They have always treated me right and were quick. Right now I think they are paying 92% of spot price for .999 silver. Is that good or bad you guys out there? Are there better places to sell? I have had good luck selling them old Franklin Mint sterling plates.
