It doesn't matter when you leave the feedback. You can win two items on March 1st, leave feedback for one on March 2nd and leave feedback for the other on March 31st and it still only counts as one feedback point. It's not when you leave feedback, it's when you win or sell the item. It's still better from a feedback standpoint than it used to be. The way it used to be was you could only get one point total from any person. They could buy 100 things from you but you only got one point. Now at least you can get one point a week.
