My monitor colors must be off, that picture on my monitor has a silver inner and a brownish colored rim. Is it supposed to look all silver?

Also, the silver strike site doesn't have something from the mint. I'm saying get the darn mints to put it in black and white and post that. Some type of evidence must have been submitted to gaming, they wouldn't just take some guys word for it. There has to be written proof out there somewhere.
