When I was at IP last Sept. they had at least three strike machines, two on the first floor and one or two (I forget, it was 2A.M. and I was going for the steak and eggs buffet) upstairs by the entrance to the buffet.

I was able to purchase strikes from the cage, which is a good thing because the machines were not very nie to me.
