When you are asking about the Super Bonus I presume you are asking about Red 7 White 7 Blue 7 on the bottom line.
I have only hit the Red 7 White 7 and blue 7 on the 1st payline twice and the 2nd payline once.

It will take some time to get more exact percentages but here are a few more probables. If you hit White 7 White 7 on any payline you will hit White 7 once in 25 on the third reel. Blue 7 Blue 7 on any reel about once in 17 on the third reel.
