Jackpot Auctions guidelines on feedback say:

I disagree with their assessment that feedback is "important", but that's really beside the point. You have taken their "encouragement" and turned it into a "responsibility", as though it were somehow mandatory. It's not.
I have no connection with Jackpot Auctions and though I have been checking them periodically, have yet to bid on one of their auctions. I am currently inactive on eBay as well, but in the past have made more than 300 eBay purchases -- about 100 of the sellers posted no feedback (my rating is currently 197). Whether feedback was posted or not would have no bearing whatsoever on whether I would bid on another auction by any seller.
