Vegasplayer/Igotbank/Raidera/ etc. etc. mentioned the book value of the S mint series pre millenium Four Queens to be $125. I'm not sure which book the book value was obtained from since Becker lists it for $100 and Howdy for $60 but nice of him to pick the highest price for purposes of illustration. I have the solution for all this book value nonsense. Average all prices from all the current catalogues. Double the prices to produce a Dealer/Seller catalogue. Cut the prices by 50% and issue a buyers catalogue. In this way everyone would be happy. Which do you think would sell the best?
