I find this hard to believe that an owner or owners of a public auction would participate in the program. Not to mention unethical this would open the door to every possible abuse that could victimize an auction. If so there must be an independent organization monitoring the operation as well as some sort of appeal forum. Does anyone know who or what is providing this service on Jackpot auctions if owner participation is present?
