I also have noted this problem, especially with the last 2 issues. Just to set the record straight, the newsletter is compiled, edited and formatted then emailed for printing to hard copy. I can assure you that both the Jan 2003 and March 2003 newsletters were proofed/spell checked and IN THE CORRECT SEQUENCE when they left my PC. It is my belief that when scans are added during the printing process and articles moved to accomodate those scans that this is where the problem comes into play.
I addressed this problem after the January newsletter was delivered and today once more when I received my hard copy it was not as I had delivered it for printing. At this time there is nothing more I can do to correct this. I would suggest that you direct your comments about this issue to the Chapter Officers. The newsletter falls under the responsibility of the 2nd VP. I have taken all of the heat on this topic that I intend to. I'll be the first one to take the "lashes" for any mistake that I might make but continuing to be the whipping boy for mistakes made outside of my control is asking just a tad too much! It gets a bit irritating when one spends hours putting this together, making sure the articles flow from page to page only to have the final product delivered in a less than acceptable format.
