This is an interesting topic..I had occassion to purchase a few items from Jackpotauctions.com and the seller did not bother to post feedback. I paid with a money order(cash) for immediate shipping. The responsibility is for the seller to post the feedback if the payment is prompt and the transaction has been completed on his end. The buyer posts his feedback when he has received his merchandise. This is my basic experience on eBay, but not on Jackpotauctions. I stopped looking when the sellers stopped performing according to their charter. How can you develope a positive profile if the owners will not even complete their side of the transaction.
