Thanks for your patience everyone. I am pleased to announce that the MyPage issue at Jackpot has been resolved. The page is loading faster than ever, and no time-outs.
In order to solve the recent slowness of the MyPage load, we had to re-route all of the data requests that accompany the activities on the MyPage section of the site.
The JackpotPoker game has significantly increased both the overall page views, and even moreso...the amount of action to the my page. An increase of about 40 to 60 TIMES the normal rate! That's a lot of resources for a sub-page.
I want to publicly thank DJ at Jackpot! for all of his effort,determination and sleepness nights. We have meetings every night, and lately all the brain power has gone into the MyPage. Late last night, we had a breakthrough that allowed us to beat this problem once and for all...thanks DJ!
The new stream-lined version of the MyPage has been installed and all of our tests show that it is working great. If you have a spare moment, please do me a favor, go to your MyPage and let me know how it worked for you.
