When we switched to Dellhost several months ago, we were assured 99.9% uptime. Much to our disappointment, they have not met their promise to us. It has also come to our attention that the Dell mother-company has since cut all ties to Dellhost. We realize that switching hosts is an inconvenience to our valued customers, but we can no longer tolerate the lack of superior service that our customers deserve and expect. We need to accept, and overcome this challenge...and we deeply appreciate your patience and cooperation.

We have researched the available hosting companies, and decided to go with the nations number one hosting provider. Interland Hosting has made a big impression on us, and comes very highly recommended. We will make every effort to make this change-over as bearable as possible. Changing hosts requires a DNS change through Network Solutions, which can take as little as an hour, or as long as 72 hours. Therefore, we have already initiated the new site at its new location to avoid any unnecessary downtime. We have begun the download’s of files to the new site. The most critical downloads must be done while the site is completely disabled, we will do these uploads in the middle of the night. The change-over will begin in 24 to 48 hours.
