Hello,
I have the 1995 Tropicana Island of Las Vegas .999 Rim that has 2 marks on the building side. 1 is in the upper left by the TI in Edition (looks like a moon) and the other is in the upper right by the R in dollar and G in gaming (looks like a partial moon). I have 2 exactly the same. Is this a new "error"?
