If there really are people out there offering upstrikes at face value or 200s at 225 please email me ! I love this hobby and still happy to have more and more of them !I think part of the reason formany collections being up for sale is the hobby has finally gotten old enough that there have been a few good collectors wanting to move on to something else.I think thats always been the way of any hobby.There also have been a few new good collectors come along in the last year.As for health of the hobby I think it will pick up again like anything when the economy gets rolling again.
