I need some help. I have never quite gotten the ruling on what is considered a "silver strike".
I want to send in my nominations for SSOTY but have a question first. Are the $200. strikes considered true "silver strikes"? In my book, they are but what was the official ruling. Any help would be greatly appreciated especially from the officers. Thanks, Christie
