I am confused about the amount to pay for the Pre-Registration ($10) and the Banquet ($25). The book (Page 105) says the cost of the dinner is $25 each but the green sheet I got in the mail says $35. If I send in $35 for the Banquet does that ensure that I am getting the Pre-Registration package also? Do I fill in the section for the Pre and the Banquet or just the Banquet? Help in removing my confusion is greatly appreciated.
