Re: wrong investment
I understand and thank you for such a quick reply. I might have a hacienda one. I'll have to take a look when I get home this morning (sunday morning). I have alot of those antique looking cars and also some natives and a couple of those 777 slot machines that have the 'gold nugget' logo on the other side and a whole lot more that I can't seem to remember right now since there is like a hundred of them. I have so many that I really should post them here. I was just hoping a trade with all these for gold/silver at a loss (like 80 ounces of silver or a bar of gold) for 100 strikes would be more than fair. I have read alot on the depressed collectors about the loss of the machines and also moving from pure or fine silver to clad and hsp silver strikes. That would make it even harder to clean or polish the silver from tarnish since it is not pure anymore. Can I ask you a question? I see on different sites and boards that strikes pre-dating 2002 have .67 silver weight. Is this true or is it .60 weight? I know that 2005+ only have .56 weight. Thanks Randy for your replies
