Generally speaking, the gaming public does not even know about the $200 strike program... which is primarily for the collectors/accumulators/speculators. Nothing wrong with any of the former. I'm happy that someone is obtaining them and making them available to those who can't be in Las Vegas everytime one of them is issued.
