There are definitely less than 148 collectors out there....my guess would be about 100 give or take solid $200 collectors, the rest either just like a certain one (or few) or stumble onto one on eBay and like it. I'm sure the casinos know that too, which is why they probably have a relatively small mintage. If there was demand for 400, they would make 400.
