So Rod tell me if the casino doesn't have a person fill out the forms how is the IRS going to know ? I might be wrong but I don't think the casino's keep a record of the exact amounts I or any body else wins at one time unless it is over $1200 on one jacpot or Keno winnings etc. I do belive there are a few people out there who report every dime they make, win or get by less then legal means but I also bet that 95% of the people don't report income that has no paper trail to it.
