My two cents. If I win an auction, I like to have my items ASAP, why? I enjoy cataloging, scanning, and writting descriptions in my collection book. I charge exact postage, plus I use priorty mail. I believe most people would like to have there strike ASAP also. As for the $7.00 shipping, send the person an email and ask!
Many times people have never mail a strike and are guessing on the shipping. I have had people refund my extra shipping, when they found it cost much less to send. But,if that's the way for that person to make extra money, then don't bid.
