Hi..if it is part of the 50th Anniversary series it is a variety, and although not worth hundreds it is rarer than the one with the decimal. There are three designs in this 50th Anniversary series and all three have the decimal and do not have the decimal and the 1996 Building strike has two different fonts bringing the total of variations in this set of three to seven.
